Coaching is anchored in belief in the individual and their capacity to know what is best for them.  My role as a coach is to help you discover it.

Leadership coaching

Leadership Coaching can help you grow as a leader and set you on the path to achieve your leadership goals.  Leadership is not about managing large groups of people, it is about creating a vision and influencing others to follow along in pursuit of that vision.   Coaching can help you expand and develop your leadership capabilities, assume a greater leadership position, and be viewed as a leader by others. 

Career COACHING

Career Coaching is ideal for the person who is at a key career inflection point.  Perfect for someone who wants more from their career but doesn’t know how to create the change needed to achieve it.  Everyone has a unique situation that coaching can help address. Examples include:

  • Exploring a new career or job opportunity
  • Looking to move to the next level and/or get a promotion
  • Dealing with the challenges of new management responsibilities
  • Communicating so your messages are heard
  •  Managing a career transition because you have lost your job and need to find a new one
  • Work-life balance issues

Coaching Engagement

The coaching engagement consists of a series of 1:1 meetings where we work as partners to help you accomplish your goals.  As your coach, I provide the support and process to move you forward towards your leadership and career goals.  You own your future and what success looks like for you - you will need to work in order to achieve the change you are seeking.

Leveraging various tools and techniques, we work together to ensure that you are clear on what you want, identify the blocks that get in your way, agree on steps to remove them and then develop concrete plans and actions to facilitate the change you are looking to achieve.

Coaching engagements vary in length.  The majority of engagements consist of 10 -12 sessions over 2-3 months.  In general, you should plan for a minimum of 4-5 sessions to realize the benefits of coaching.
