Meet Cathy

A Leadership and Career Coach, with 30 + years of corporate experience working for Fortune 500 Firms: JPMorgan Chase, Salomon Brothers & Touche Ross, I am grateful and excited to have a career that I love.

My passion for Leadership and Career Coaching is fueled and inspired by my clients and by helping them find satisfaction and reward in their own careers.

I began my career as a CPA working for a “Big 8 Firm” and worked as an accountant for many years within the Financial Services Industry.  While I was successful, I was unhappy, unfulfilled and working long hours doing something that I disliked.  I knew I needed a change but didn’t know where and how to begin.  It was a vicious cycle, because I was a ”good–worker” the promotions and money kept coming, but that didn’t make me any happier.

I was fortunate to discover my passion for development and coaching.  Once I truly listened to myself and followed my heart and gut, having the confidence in my inner voice as well as my abilities, I thrived and actually enjoyed my job and had fun at work!

As a coach, I help others find and follow their own inner voice to help them achieve their own career related goals – whatever that may be for them.  I have a unique ability to listen to both the words a client speaks and the underlying message, which enables me to help the client identify motivation, concerns and the path forward. I am hugely motivated to help others so that they can fast-track their movement into fitting and fulfilling career roles.

By investing in their career and building upon their human capital, my clients are more valuable resources, both for themselves and for the companies that employ them.

A graduate of Rutgers University; I obtained my certificate in Executive & Organizational Coaching from NYU SCPS. I hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am a longstanding member of the ICF and the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
